Based in London, Mark Jackson is an abstract figurative painter working in acrylic on canvas. His work explores themes of vulnerability, bravery, transition and connection. Often beginning in chaos and evolving through layered paint, figurative forms and embraced imperfections. With a background in theatre and over 20 years of acting experience, Mark brings a strong sense of storytelling, emotion and play to his practice. His creative voice began to take shape through studies at Morley College and City Lit, and now is a proud member of the Visual Arts Association.
